Yes you read it right water can actually help you diet by drinking a glass of water before a meal can make you eat less and also up your metabolism. I guess we all learn something new every day.
- Water can also fight away certain cancers. The risk of bladder cancer can be lowered expediently by drinking more water. It might be that peeing more may lower the bladder build up of carcinogens. Drinking more water daily can also lower the risk of breast and colon cancer.
- This miracle liquid can even brighten up our moods. I know I feel awesome after I am fully hydrated. Headaches can be caused by dehydration. So if you gain a headache make sure you grab a bottle of water and see if that helps.
- If you are feeling tired try grabbing a glass of water instead of coffee. Dehydration can cause sleepiness. Personally I hate coffee because it dehydrates you and it also make me have a stomach ache.
- Try drinking a glass of water for every alcoholic beverage that you consume. It will help stave off your hangover the next day. I hate hangovers!
- Water also benefits our skin. If you are having acne trouble try to consume lots of water throughout the day.
