I have always been petrified of tornadoes. I mean whats not to be scared of. They are giant funnels that destroy everything in their path. I live in Texas. Right in the middle of tornado alley. Maybe I should move, but the risk is worth being close to my family.I have never actually encountered one, but came awfully close. Every time I hear the siren my stomach shrinks with anxiety. I just cant handle it
I have had countless amount of dreams about these disasters. In my dreams I see a tornado coming my way, and I try to warn my family. My family member just go on with their day like nothing horrible is happening right outside.
My mother said when I was little I asked her what tornadoes ate. I think she give me a non threatening answer. So I know I was scared of tornadoes since childhood.
I am also scared of birds, but thats a whole other blog post that I will tell you later. Until then I hope I never come across a tornado.
There's always something somewhere for everyone. Earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes an even just lightning. It all depends on what is your worst fear of what you can be around.
